  3. This archive contains a new Microsoft Windows 3.x screen saver module: 
  4. Twinkling Stars. This screensaver includes full password support, is 
  5. fully configurable, and fills the screen with twinkling stars. To install 
  6. copy the .SCR file to your windows directory, activate Desktop from the 
  7. Control Panel (in Program Manager group Main). The new screen saver module 
  8. will appear in the list of available screen savers. Several options can 
  9. be set by pressing the Setup button in Control Panel.

  11. This screen saver is being distributed as freeware, i.e. completely for free 
  12. and fully functional. If you enjoy these screensavers, and have access to 
  13. E-mail, send the author a mail, so the spread of this archive can be traced.

  15. find any bugs in these screen savers please send the author a mail at 
  16. the same mail address.
